3Account Registration and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 856bd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
You are responsible for:

Account verification (KYC):
- 856bd applies KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures to confirm the identity of account holders. KYC verification is required before processing withdrawals above a threshold determined by 856bd at its discretion, and may be required at any time for any account.
- Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 856bd may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is completed satisfactorily.
One account per person: If 856bd identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual (by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or personal details), all accounts may be permanently closed and any balances — including bonus balances — may be forfeited without prior notice.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 856bd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits into and withdrawals from your 856bd account. 856bd does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
Deposit conditions:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit, though 856bd reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for risk management purposes.

- 856bd does not accept deposits made with credit cards issued outside Bangladesh or with payment methods not listed as accepted on the Platform. Any such deposit will be returned to the originating account.
Withdrawal conditions:
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account. Withdrawals to unverified or third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to review. 856bd aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 6 hours depending on the recipient bank.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed above the threshold set by 856bd. This threshold may change at 856bd's discretion and players will be notified via the account dashboard.
- 856bd reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. All deposits made to your 856bd account are final and non-refundable once credited to your account balance and used in gameplay, except in cases of technical error confirmed by 856bd. 5Bonuses and Promotions
856bd offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
General bonus conditions:

- Bonuses that have not been used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without compensation.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, the use of coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus wagering conditions (also known as "matched betting" or "bonus hunting"), or providing false information to obtain a bonus — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Bonuses and free spins credited as part of a promotion are the property of 856bd until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Until that point, bonus funds may not be withdrawn. Once wagering requirements are satisfied, any resulting real-money balance up to the maximum withdrawal limit stated in the promotion may be withdrawn in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
6Responsible Gaming

8Intellectual Property

9Limitation of Liability
